The software tool administrator has one main task:
• Configure and customize the software tools that help the product development lifecycle in the
following areas: Requirement Engineering, Project Planning, Issue Management, Configuration
Management
Main tasks, responsibilities:
• Study the tools in a deep level (functionality, configuration and customization possibilities)
• Understand the development process and customize the software tools accordingly (settings,
scripting)
• Possibly develop interfaces for other tools
Requirements:
• Programming experience (JAVA, scripts, XML, etc.)
• Precise workstyle
• Good English skills are required (both written and oral)
Personality:
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good communication skills
• Social competency, flexibility and ability to work in a team
