Job Purpose:
Candidate must have excellent spoken and written English with experience that fits to a highly motivated, experienced profile with a thorough understanding of industry best practices as they pertain to server technologies, storage options, clustering and backup technologies.
Requirements:
• Demonstrate strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills
• Provide wing to wing project management and technical expertise in large scale data and backup application migrations
• Work with the end client's businesses and GIS Internal teams to insure proper communication and coordination
• Provide technical leadership and consultation to the End-client's businesses and GIS internal teams
• Analyze capacity and performance data for optimum utilization of resources
• Use Six Sigma quality tools and rigor in developing business solutions

Technical Skills
1. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related technology
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows Active Directory, NTFS file system permissions, DNS, WINS, MS Clustering, Backup software applications
Experience with Veritas Storage Foundation products
Proven track record of successful HP and DELL server and storage platform deployment and migrations
2. Desired Qualifications
Minimum three years hands-on experience in a large complex Data Center environment
EMC / Avamar backup applications experience

Other:
Working hours:
• 8 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday
• Some off-hours working may be required, including weekend hours, during data migrations and server deployments. This is estimated to be no more than an average of once per month.
• There may be a limited requirement for some on site work at the client's Remote Offices in London and Budapest. This is estimated to be no more than once every 6 months.
Salary: Employee: max 750.000 HUF gross / Contract: max 1.
