For our multinational client, in Budapest we are looking for IT graduates to the position of
Remote Desktop specialists
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Investigate and resolve technical and non-technical requests from users • Work with the logging tool (Vantive and Service Centre), Active Directory • Adhere to all established case handling policies and procedures, including documentation of proper case detail into logging tool • Build and re-build pc's and laptops • Work according to existing policies and procedures, follow up and monitor the cases • Provide guidance for other level 2 members and level 1 members • Build documentation to provide the customer with known problems • Act as an escalation point for concerns, customer service requests
Requirements: • High level of written and oral of English • Knowledge of NT administration, Registry, Active Directory • Experience in using any Remote Desktop Take over Tools • Advanced knowledge MS Windows XP, Office XP-2003 • Thorough understanding of messaging applications (MS Outlook, Lotus Notes) • Networking, managing local, global groups, Windows security • Excellent verbal and written communication and problem solving skills • Strong sense of responsibility to the customer • Willing to learn , mature, independent, self-motivated • Flexible to work in a changing environment
